Donation terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Donations are collected by Asociația X, a non-profit association based at str. Trotușului nr. 9A, loc. Oradea, jud. Bihor, registered with fiscal code 54199116, RAF 11/A/17.02.2026.

2. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Asociația X does not store your card details. Stripe is responsible for transaction security.

3. Monthly donations

For monthly donations, Stripe automatically charges your card the chosen amount each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing donatii@ongx.eu.

4. Refunds

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of the donation, by emailing donatii@ongx.eu.

5. Personal data

Your data (email, name, address) is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We use it solely to keep our donation records and communicate about your donation.
